Knowledge of traffic lights:
It is very important to get to know about the knowledge of traffic lights.When the red light is on,we must stop and not allowed to go.Then, when the green light is on.We can safe to go.Next,when the orange light is on.The red light will be on,so we should be careful.
First,we shouldn't dropping litter when we were by car.And we would better to keep quiet.Please don't get nosiy.Then we can't by car too fast,it's too danger.Finally, we must obey traffic rules.

2.We can safe to go--We are safe to go 或者It is safe for us to go .
safe 是形容词,你这里怎么可以当动词用呢?
3.shouldn't dropping litter --shouldn't throw litter
should,shouldn't是情态动词,后跟动词原型 还有drop是掉下的意思,你指的是扔,用throw好
4.Please don't get nosiy--Don't be noisy.
这个作文里不会用please...什么的
5.Then we can't by car too fast --Then we can't drive our cars at a high speed.这个是开得快
by car是指我们乘车,比如说：I go to school by car.
--最后,通过看你的作文,发现你的基础不是很好,很多小细节不知道,平常单选一定错的厉害吧..
