【摘要】目的: 研究健脾活血方胃安散对胃癌前病变模型大鼠p53和p16基因表达的影响,以进一步探求其发病机制.方法 : 采用改进以N-甲基-N’硝基-N-亚硝基胍（MNNG）为基础的联合造模方案造成胃癌前期病变大鼠模型,免疫组化方法观察胃粘膜p53、p16基因的表达.结果: p53免疫组化染色结果提示各组均为阴性表达；p16染色在表达率及表达强度方面,均有一定程度提高.其调节P16基因表达的作用与胃复春组比较具有显著性差异.结论:健脾活血方胃安散可提高抑癌基因p16表达,具有一定的预防胃癌前病变发展成胃癌的作用.

Study of Jianpi Huoxue Decoction of Weiansan on gastric precancerous lesions in a rat model of p53 and p16 gene expression in the rat,in order to further explore its pathogenesis.Methods:using the improved to N- methyl -N ' nitro -N- nitrosoguanidine ( MNNG ) based combination modeling scheme resulted in precancerous lesions of gastric cancer in a rat model,immunohistochemical methods to observe the gastric mucosal p53,p16 gene expression.Results:p53 immunohistochemical staining results in each group were negative expression; p16 staining in the expression and the expression,has a certain degree enhance.The regulation of P16 gene expression and the role of Weifuchun group showed significant difference in comparison.Conclusion:strengthening spleen and Activating Blood Prescription of Weiansan can increase the expression of tumor suppressor gene p16,has certain prevention precancerous lesion developed into the role of gastric cancer.Key words:stomach powder; precancerous lesions of gastric cancer; p53; p16
