1.The recommended injection site for Cattle of all sizes is the cranial neck area,immediately posterior to where either ear attaches to the head.(See Fig.2)
2.With the SAFETY in the OFF position,button pushed fully to the right,and while constantly depressing the Enabling Lever the Hand Piece is then actuated by pressing the Nozzle end firmly against the skin at the recommended site,with the unit hand piece at a 90 degree angle to the Cattle’s neck.(See Fig.2)
3.If there are injection site obstacles such as scars,dirt or abscesses at the recommended site,it is recommended that you inject at the opposite ear or at least 2 inches from the obstacles.
4.If the unit is used correctly there may be a transient thickening of tissue at the injection site where the vaccine went through the skin.
5.When you are done injecting cattle,turn On/Off Switch to OFF position and manually fire the hand piece in a safe direction to relieve system pressure as shown on page 17.

2.Make sure that you push the hand piece firmly and quickly against the animal.Do not pull back too quickly,allow enough time for the injection to complete.

6.Monitor the injections.You may need to adjust pressure depending upon the weight and hide condition of the animal.
