社会更幸福或者构建和谐社会,应该强调社会公义.社会、国家及其当权者在强调有着高智力人才的重要性的同时,也要看到同样在为社会留下血汗的其他人.即便是最基层、处于社会最底层的人,同样都是国家的人才,同样是社会的精英.
可能确实,因人才的难求,造成了某些“精英”自怜自爱、高高在上和无比优越的自我感觉.但我依然主张,社会是大家的,而不是只属于少数成功的人或者一般人所理解的“精英”.一切留下血汗的、为这个社会创造财富的,都是“精英”.人类社会这么了不起、这么丰富多彩,其实都是因为始终有你,有我.而那种几乎从小学分流的时候就已经被注定的“精英至上”的思维,就无法体现这种深邃的人文关怀.社会不和谐也是显然和必然的.
