我选的E 为什么D是对的,E是错的?
段落中没有evidence说明flat比progressive更fair however后面的段落只是在叙述tax deduction会削弱这种progressive 所以therefore作为总结前面的句子 跟D是最接近的（而且E中这种带any的绝对句很多情况下都不能选）

再答： 段落里说的是各种deduct在削弱progressive 而不是直接说progressive sysyem不如flat更fair 所以说E这个没有D更贴近段落意思
