以下是中文：随着传统贸易壁垒的逐渐弱化,近年来技术性贸易壁垒已成为国际农产品贸易壁垒的新特征,成为制约我国优势农产品出口的最大障碍,严重影响了我国农产品的国际贸易.而随着贸易自由化的不断加深,数量限制和高关税已经成为历史,技术性贸易壁垒正成为发达国家贸易保护的新手段.发达国家或地区,例如美国、日本及欧盟,也借助其在技术上的优势,纷纷利用安全、卫生检疫及各种规定对进口农产品进行了限制.因此,探析中国农产品频遭技术壁垒的原因,寻求突破技术壁垒的措施已迫在眉睫.本文从农产品技术贸易壁垒的特点、影响、原因等方面进行分析,尝试对我国农产品出口应对技术贸易壁垒给出较为行之有效的策略.

With the gradual weakening of traditional trade barriers,technical barriers to trade in recent years has become a new feature of agricultural trade barriers,China's advantages as a constraint the biggest obstacle to agricultural exports,has seriously affected international trade in agricultural products in China.With the deepening of trade liberalization,quantitative restrictions and high tariffs have been a thing of the past,technical barriers to trade in developed countries is becoming a new means of trade protection.Developed countries or regions,such as the United States,Japan and the European Union,but also with its technical advantages,have the use of safe,sanitary and phytosanitary import requirements and various restrictions on agricultural products.Therefore,China's agricultural products are frequently of the reasons for technical barriers to seek measures to break through technical barriers imminent.In this paper,the characteristics of technical barriers to trade of agricultural products,the impact of the reasons for such areas as analysis of China's agricultural exports to try to deal with technical barriers to trade are given a more effective strategy.
