连锁经营作为零售商业的一种形式,首先在美国产生并发展起来,以后逐渐传到欧洲一些资本主义国家和日本.连锁经营凭借其独到的优越性,在发达国家得到了迅 速地发展,其销售额在社会商品零售总额中的份额均超过30％,美国更是高达60％,成为零售业的主要形式.中国的连锁经营从80年代末、90年代初起步,到现在已进入发展期,其发展速度和产生的效果是始料未及的,这种现代化、规范化、组织化程度较高的商业零售形式很快就为人们所接受,并且已成为流通领域新 的经济增长点.连锁作为一种现代流通经营方式和组织形式,自90年代初在我国出现至今,其发展速度和产生的效果是始料未及的.本文对我国连锁发展现 状特征进行了概括,梳理了存在的问题和面临的挑战,从定性和定量方面对特许连锁的发展趋势作了分析,并探索特许连锁进一步发展的对策.

As a model of retail commercial,chain operation first appeared and developed in the US and later passed to some countries in Europe and Japan.Taking its unique advantage,chain operation has developed in a high speed in the developed countries,with the sales proportion of the social retail commercial sales over 30%.In the US,this figure is even over 60%.All these make it be the main model of retail industry.In China,chain operation started in the end of 1980s and at the beginning of 1990s.Now it has stepped into the development period.Its developement speed and the effect are out of our expectation.Such modern,standard and highly-organized retail commercial was soon accepted by people and became the new ecnomic growth point in circulation field.Chain,as a logistic operation model and organization model,firstly appeared at the beginning of 1990s in China,its developement speed and effect are out of our expectation.This artical will summarize the development characteristics of chain model in China,the existing problems and the challanges we are facing.It is going to make qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis the development trend of Specially Permitted Chain and to explore the strategy of further development of Specially Permitted Chain.
