Problems with supply
As soon as it shall become apparent to supplier that circumstances resulting in any failure or delay in delivery of buyer's requirements of any Biomass will continue for mare than thirty days,Supplier shall promptly notify buyer of the details thereof and as soon as possible thereafter have a meeting with buyer to discuss the best method of resuming continuous supply.In the event that at any time buyer is not reasonably satisfied that supplier will be able to meet its supply obligations in strict compliance with this agreement,then buyer shall have,in addition to any other rights and remedies it may have,the right to terminate this agreement upon thirty days written notice to supplier.
