a.Buyers agree to pay Seller US$200,000.00 as deposit (the “Deposit”) by way of telegraph transmission on or before 5th March 2007.Buyers agree to pay Sellers further deposit with 10% of the Contract Value each in two working days upon receiving written notification from Sellers from time to time depending on market volatility as prescribed by MOPB棕榈油协会 April 2007 FOB daily price.
买方同意通过电汇形式在2007年3月5日当日或之前付给卖方US$200,000.00作为定金.买方同意在收到卖方的书面通知后两个工作日内再次付给卖方合同金额10%的定金,根据棕榈油协会2007年4月的FOB 每日价格中规定的市场浮动.
1.further deposit 的意思说付了定金后还要再付合同金额10%的定金吗?
2.from time to time 不是有时吗?放在这里也不通顺呀?
3.daily price有什么固定含义吗?每日价格?
b.After signing of this agreement,Buyers shall open irrevocable letter(s) of credit issued by first class international banks in Hong Kong or China and approved by Sellers in writing,unrestricted and available with any bank for negotiation established in favor of 以买方为受益人的Sellers for 100% of the Contract Value plus 5% tolerance available against draft(s) drawn in US dollars at 90 days after bill of lading date for 100% of the invoice value of each shipment (hereinafter referred to as the “L/C”).The L/C in order shall be issued by Buyer and available to Sellers on or before 15th April 2007 or not later than 10 days prior to commencement of loading,whichever shall first arise.Upon received in order of maturity day telex from issuing bank,the aforesaid deposit will be returned to Buyers.
签订此协议后,买方将在香港或中国的一流银行且得到卖方的书面认可的银行内开立不可撤销信用证,此银行还必须是以卖方为受益人合同金额100%上下浮动5%不受限制的且可以与任何一家银行议付.
买方将向卖方开立信用证在2007年4月15日当日或之前不迟于装船期前10天,以早者为准.当接到开证行的,前面所提到的定金将返还给买方.
1.“against draft(s) drawn in US dollars at 90 days after bill of lading date for 100% of the invoice value of each shipment (hereinafter referred to as the “L/C”).”这段完全不懂.
2.in order of maturity day telex 这个也是固定用法吗?
