Suddenly, fortune befalls the orphan Jerusha Abbott, who later renames herself as Judy. Having read one of her articles, one of the asylum's trustees offers to anonymously pay her way through college and brings her up to become a writer. Until she has a crush on eloquent and charming Master Jervie, she again takes daddy-long-legs as her listener. Just when she is thinking about expressing her love to Master Jervie, her "daddy-long-legs" shows up and he is none other than...
The novel is filled with laughers and warm affections, which tells a very impressive story about a hard-working and aspiring girl. I believe it is a good novel for all the boys and girls who feel disoriented while growing up.
