玉米秸秆湿氧化预处理是生物乙醇燃料技术之一,它能保持秸秆原有骨架,防止纤维素破坏,使木质素,半纤维素和纤维素有效分离.从而得到高纯度的纤维素.本文研究了湿氧化预处理过程中温度,反应时间以及不同的碱缓和剂对实验的影响.同时讨论了不同条件下产物的酶水解情况.实验结果表明木质素的去除率与时间成正比,且保持在45%-60%之间.纤维素75%的平均得率明显地高于性质不稳定的半纤维素50%-60%的得率.酶转化纤维素百分率的最大量(86.4%)是在200℃,碳酸钠存在的碱性条件下处理8分钟获得的.

The outbreak of the oil crisis,caused a tremendous impact on the world economy,with a large number of human use of fossil fuels the increasingly serious environmental problems,governments began to care about the development and utilization of biomass energy.
