这里的come+了s,是不是违反了主谓一致啊?
I am a student in this university who regularly comes to the library to spend my spare time.
who指的是student，那后面的to spend my spare time感觉很怪。

who 引导的定语从句修饰先行词 a student,用comes 没有问题.建议用goes to the library.
