Yuan long ping is a great scientist.He was born in September 7th 1930 in Beijing .he studied in Southwest Agricultural College when he was young.He worked very hard.When he was at school.In 1973,He has developed a new kind of rice.Then he becomes a famous scientist.Because of the new kind of rice,many countries grow more rice than before.In my opinion He is a hero of china!

具体到某天用 on
When he was at school 还是去掉 was
In 1973,He has developed a new kind of rice.
这句话改成有问题
应该有一般过去式 改为 In 1973 He produced
a new kind of rice develop是改进的意思
改进了一种新种米 既然是新的怎么改进呢?
所以改成生产 Then he becomes a famous scientist
应用过去式 且去掉scientist 比较好
Then he became famous
many countries grow more rice than before
这句话 用grow 似乎不妥 改为produce更好
than before 可以省略
其他都可以了
