Females and males are both the indspensible compoments of a society and both play their respective roles in it. They have something in common, of course, but they do have their own ways in contributing to the society.
First of all, they play different roles in family. Almost everywhere in the world, men are bread winners in a family,and they are shouldering responsibilities of supporting their family. They work outside for the purpose of providing as much as possible to their family. In contrast, women normally stay at home, trying in every possible way to maintain the family and holding the responsibility of raising children and giving care and love to the family members.
Secondly, men and women enjoy different abilities in different social areas. Men are normally masculine and strong physically, so they are suitable to work in those positions where physical labor is necessary. Women, however, are good workers in such areas as nurseries, hospitals, schools and so on. Here their patience and tender care are unsurpassed.
Thirdly, men and women impose different influence to the society. Nowadays more and more women, besides men, are playing shining roles in political arena. Female politicians, even those so-called iron ladies, with thier fresh look, unique feminie expression and personal charm, have attracted much more attention than ever. This has brought a new breeze to the cold-faced world political stage whose main characters have been mostly male.
Male and female, with their respective abilities and responsibilities, form a unity in the society. They are actually a whole, an inseparable whole.
