The Importance of Health
Health is wealth . Without health , life can’t be wonderful . What health to life is what blood to body . In other words , health is so important that everyone hopes for it,but not everyone owns health . Why ?
As we all know , health is very important to us . The reason is that so many things would be impossible if we lost health . A student can’t study well , a teacher can’t give a good teaching , a worker may not work well , a sportsman may not do a good job in the match as usual and so on . Each of us needs health . A disease can not only makes us feel bad , but also a very bad one even would take lives away . What a terrible thing !
I still remember the story that my grandpa told me in my childhood . Long long ago , there was a king who owned powerful abilities and nothing could make him fear , then he became more and more arrogant . But one day , a wise came to him and wrote a word on his palm . Suddenly the king’s face became leakage , accompanied by a few steps back . Can you guess what the word is ? It’s “disease” .
No one likes being ill , everyong loves to be healthy . The disease can destroy a person , a person’s health can be achieved . The poor can’t live a life without health , the rich can’t live a happy life even if they have much money but no health . A lot of things people only know how to cherish it lost . There is a phenominon in our modern society . The first half , at the expense of their health in exchange for the wealth ; in the latter half , they use their money to buy health . There is no doubt that it is wrong . First , money can’t buy health . Second , we live to be happy not to make money , without health , can we be happy ? What’s more , we can earn as much money as possible if we are healthy . But if health is lost , no matter how much money we have ,that’s of no use .
Then I am going to tell you a experience about me . When the College Entrance Examination was around the corner , I studied harder and harder day by day ,ignoring the rest . At the entrance to a couple of days ago , I caught a heavy cold , that made me so uncomfortable . At last the result made me cry . What a pity !
In a word ,health is very important . What we should do is not hoping for it but to try our best to gain and keep health . May you have a wonderful life !

My Ideas on On-line Shopping
With the development of the Internet and the popularization of computers, shopping on the Internet has become a commonplace in our life. Here consumers can buy almost everything they need.
Shopping on the Internet has a lot of advantages, of which the most important is perhaps its convenience. People don't have to waste a lot of their energy and precious time to go from one shop to another to choose the commodities they like. This is especially desirable to the old, the sick and the busy people who cannot go to the shops in person. The goods come in all shapes, sizes and colors on the Internet. All they need to do is to sit in front of their computers and click the mouses. The commodities they order will be delivered to them promptly.
However, shopping on the Internet also has its disadvantages. The first disadvantage is that the consumers can't see the goods or try them on personally. Sometimes, the real goods may not be the same as what they have seen on the computer. The second disadvantage is that some shops on the Internet are not registered. They will never deliver anything to you after they get the money from you. Once cheated, you will find that you have nowhere to go to complain
