经济全球化、竞争国际化的大环境下,制造企业对市场的快速响应依赖从原材料供应到产品制造以至最终消费过程中各环节间的有效连接.上述环节之间的连接需要大量的基础数据,只有这些数据录入到计算机系统当中,才能通过数据分析加强对物流过程的管理,降低企业流动资金的占用率,加速资金周转,从而使制造企业以合理的成本,实现对市场的快速响应.条码技术因其价格低、技术入门水平低,曾经在企业中得到了广泛的应用.但是随着经济的不断发展和企业信息化程度的不断提高,条码技术在应用中也越来越体现出不足之处：扫描速度慢、不可重复使用、信息存储量小、安全性低.而RFID以其具有非接触快速扫描、可重复使用、大容量存储、较高安全性特点,作为支持以上过程连接的高效技术手段,日益引起制造企业的重视.本文通过对RFID技术的深入研究以及国内外对RFID技术应用现状的比较分析,指出RFID技术在我国制造业应用中存在的主要问题,并提出建设性的指导意见.
