Standard terms and conditions of purchase
If seller for any reason does not substantially comply purchaser’s delivery schedule,purchaser has the option to either approve the revised delivery schedule or to terminate the order without any liability to the seller.
Seller is responsible to deliver the exact quantity as specified in purchase order and/or variation order in writing;any/or extra hangling charges will be billed back to seller.
If any goods is found at any time to be defective or not conforming to requirements of an order,purchaser has the right.to reject or return the goods at seller’s expenses.all expenses…
Shall be fully borne by seller if any modification and/or workmanship
Any changes in an order that affect the delivery and/or amount to be paid by purchaser,seller shall notify purchaser immegiately & negotiate an adjustment
No packing charges,packing case or other container shall be payable ,unless agrssd by purchaser.
Purchaser shall pay according to the price stipulated in purchaser order no discrepancy should arise between the agreed purchase order value and the billed invoice value
We hereby acknowledge receipt of this order which we accept subject to all terms and conditions stipulated herein and printed on the hereof

卖方不论因为何种原因,不能满足买方的交货期限,买方有权认可交货期限修改,也可立即中止订单,因此导致的损失买方不负任何责任
卖方负责将订购单上规定数量的商品交给买方,由此产生的额外费用需由买方承担
不论何时,任何商品被发现有瑕疵或不符合订购要求,买方有权拒收或将货物返还给卖方,由此产生的费用均由卖方承担
任何可能造成交货期更改或付款额度的订单更改,卖方都应迅速告知买方并商讨调整策略
除非买方同意,否则包装费、包装盒或其他容器都不属于应付范围.
为避免协议订购单上的金额与发票金额产生差异,买方应按订购单上注明的金额付款.
我方承认接收到本订单,并接受其符合所有以上所列条款.
