Terms of Payment:The buyer shall issue irrevocable and non-restrict
transferable Letter of Credit at 90 days after B/L date in favor of the Seller
against presentation of documents as stipulated under clause 12 of L/C
opening instruction.Full text of operative,clean and workable L/C to be
received by the seller before Oct.24th,2014.Failing which,the Seller
reserves the right to rescind this Sales Contract without further notice,or to
accept whole or any part of this Sales Contract,non-fulfilled by the Buyer,
or to lodge claim for direct losses sustained,if any.
付款条件：买方开立不可撤销、不可转让提单日后90天付款的远期信用证.信用证以卖方为受益人,且卖方应按照信用证12条款开证指示规定提交全套单据.卖方需在2014年10月24日前收到清洁可使用的信用证操作全文.如果没有,卖方保留撤销合同而不另行通知、或者接受全部合同或买方没有履行\x1c的部分合同条款、或者向买方索赔直接持续损失等的权利.
