钻孔灌注桩具有入土深、能入岩、刚度大、承载力高、桩身变形小,可方便地进行水下施工等优点,已被广泛应用到工程建设中.随着钻孔灌注桩应用的日益扩大,如何保证工程质量成为首要问题.
虽然钻孔灌注桩施工正日益完善,但往往由于工艺不当、管理不严,断桩、堵管、夹泥、蜂窝、少灌等质量问题时有发生.因此,运用科学的施工工艺,加强过程控制以确保工程质量显得极为重要.
本文通过结合本人在浏阳河大桥的实习经验阐述钻孔灌注桩施工工艺,归纳质量控制点,总结常见质量问题,分析质量事故发生的原因,研究相应的处理对策,找出了质量控制的途径,从而保证了钻孔灌注桩施工质量.

Abstract in Chinese:
Bored pile with deep into the rock soil into,can,rigidity,high bearing capacity of pile shaft and little deformation,convenient for underwater construction etc,and has been widely applied to engineering construction .With the application of the cast-in-place pile is expanding and how to ensure the engineering quality becomes the main problem .
Although bored pile construction is increasingly perfect,but often due to improper management process,lax,breaking pile,plugging tube,clip the clay,and honeycomb,less fills and so on quality problems occur frequently.Therefore,use of scientific construction technology,strengthen the process control to ensure the engineering quality is very important.
This article through the combined with the practice in liuyang river bridge I experience this technology bored pile construction,inductive quality control points,summarizes common quality problem,analyze the quality the cause of the accident,studies the corresponding countermeasures,find out the quality control of the way,so as to ensure the quality of bored pile construction.
