It is 19 centuries that a gasoline car shows up to the world.At that time it is a revolution because they have only levels of carriage which is operated by animals.But they still didn’t know the importance of new cars because it is still dangerous and has unreasonable price.That is,it is enormous burden to being commercialized.But Karl Benz who invented gasoline car starts up commercializing and finally successes.So now people are hardly live without the car.And Benz which called after Karl Benz grows up international firms and still has considerable part of market share.
What should be learned above is not that developing new car.At least in sight of corporate thinking,it is the point that how fast does it makes new invention to commercialize.This article shows that BMW is trying to invent the electric vehicle.But there are a lot of against with trial because of practical problem.For example,it still has too big size engine to utilize and unreasonable price in produce and recharge.
But it is obvious fact that present operator of car,gasoline,is defined so it will be alternated by new substitution resource to operate car.Because of this,BMW have to set up developing of new electronic car.Because like it is referred above,it is best chance of achieving big share.So Reithofer who is the chief of BMW should have more powerful leadership and set up the project as possible as fast.Because there are so many competitors in this field,to occupy upper hand,the first push into the electric car market is important.And because of this reason,powerful leadership is needed and can be good at leading the fast result.
Because it is a matter of time that developing the equipment,so Rithofer should organize the new developing team in directly.And through this mechanism,he cans deliver his thought directly and feedback the result without approval procedure.Because of this,leader can control the procedure of developing and developed result can be quickly achieved by direct feedback system.
