摘 要
银行保险始于20世纪70年代法国,并快速在欧洲发展起来,随后在美国、亚洲得到了推广和发展,现在已成为当今国际金融保险业的主要发展 趋势之一.我国银行保险在10多年的发展历程中,呈现出快速发展的势头,但增长迅速的同时也暴露出诸多问题.本文首先介绍了银行保险业发展的理论基础和依据; 其次分析了我国银行保险业发展的现状及当中存在的主要问题；再次,分析了我国银行保险业发展的制约因素；最后本文就我国银行保险业长期发展的角度提出了政策建议.
通过研究,本文得出以下结论：（1）银行保险业是当今金融业发展的一个重要创新.这种创新符合金融服务业发展的国际“一体化”发展趋势,通过银行保险业的发展可以更好的满足消费者对金融服务和金融产品的需求,可以为金融业经营带来规模经济效应和范围经济效应.（2）银行保险业的发展需要多种因素共同作用.它的产生具有特定的经济背景和金融业发展背景,银行保险业的发展和成熟必须同时具备多种因素.（3）我国银行保险业发展具有特珠的发展背景.主要包括市场背景、竞争环境背景、经营主体背景、法律和监管背景.（4）发展我国银行保险业必须制定适合我国国情的银行保险业发展战略.（5）我国银行保险业发展中存在多种制约因素.包括经营理念制约、激励机制和利益分配机制缺失等因素.
通过以上结论,对我国银行保险业的发展提出政策建议.

【Abstract】
　　Bancassurance has become one of main trends in current international finance and insurance industry,which began in France in 1970s ,and rapidly developed in Europe,then spreaded in America and Asia.It has revealed many drawbacks while developing smoothly for more than a decade.At first the paper introduces its theoretical basis;secondly,analyzes domestic circumstances and main problems of bancassurance;then analyzes the restriction factors and puts forward effective suggestions on base of policies for sake of long interests.
　　As a result of research,it's been concluded that:
　　（1）bancassurance is an important innovation in current financal industry,which accords with the tendency of "all-in-one" in international services industry.Its development can meet customers'requiresments for financal products better and bring economic effect of scale and scope.
　　（2）bancassurance is an outcome of multiple factors,which has a certain background both development of economy and finance.
　　（3）Domestic bancassurance has special background,including market settings,competative environment,business entities and legal supervision,etc.
　　(4)A set of strategies complying with the development of bancassurance is necessary.
　　(5)There are many restraints with shortage of management idea,incentive mechanism and profit distribution.
　　According to the above analysis,the paper gives quite a few effective countermeasure.
