英语中的否定分为完全否定和不完全否定,其中both 和all后加not 是不完全否定,所以A中both of us are not right .是我们两个“不都错”的意思 ,只否定了一部分,就是所谓的不完全否定.A 不符合题意,就不选A.neither 是两者中的任一个,后面自然要用单数is ,所以不选C
