闲暇的时候,姥爷还喜欢开着他的车,在街上寻找需要搭车的人,带他们去要去的地方.他喜欢和各种各样的人聊天,有时候有幸碰见外国人,他还可以练习英语口语.一天,他碰见了一位口腔医院的医生.他对他说：“你们医院什么都好,就是喜欢造假!”那医生疑惑的说：“我不懂你的意思.”姥爷说：“你们那里那么多假牙!”那医生还不知道这是个玩笑,严肃的解释着.

One day,grandpa took my cousin and I to swim.Because the road was filled with cars,we had to stop.While we were waiting for the cars to pass,grandpa was acting like a kid.He was swinging his arms around,pretending that he were a police officer directing traffic.My cousin and I started to laugh,but grandpa asked why.He said that he could direct the traffic even though he were not a police officer.
When grandpa has free time,he likes to drive his car around the streets to look for people who need to get to other places.He likes to chat with different kinds of people,sometimes he would even be lucky enough to meet some foreigners to practice his English speaking skills.One day,grandpa met a dentist and told him that the dental hospital is all good except for the fact that it likes to make fake stuff.The dentist was puzzled and said that he does not understand what grandpa meant.Then grandpa said that there are many dentures at the hospital.The dentist did not know that it was a joke and tried to explain.Another day my cousin asked grandpa how grandpa could tell what people would need rides.I said that people who reach out their necks must be the ones.All of a sudden grandpa said that a lot of people at the zoo would need rides then.This comment made the entire family laugh.
Even though grandpa is very old,but part of him is still a child.I like these people because they bring joy to our every day life.
