I am leaving for United States for a business trip at the end of the month and hope I could call on you at your distinguished company during my visit.
I will probably arrive in Washington on 20th August and my stay may last a week.Is there any change you could arrange a meeting with me on either 22nd or 23rd?If no,please E-mail back to let me know any other time you are available during my stay.
