求there is/ are适用条件的区别

there be 句型中的be动词采用就近原则,也就是说be动词用is还是are由最接近它的那个名词决定~
例：There is a book and two pens on the table
There are two pens and a book on the table
再问： 这个不能解释为什么会将there are说成there is
再答： 如果按照你写出的句子，正确的应该是there are~~~没听过录音，不确定是否有念错或听错的情况~~
