hers是用在句子末尾的，，比如说这件衣服是她的：This dress is hers
three days a week表示一个礼拜三天有次数的意思啊
take care of myself 固定搭配表示照顾

Recently 副词可以用在句首，recent是形容词啊

from-for for表示为了为我做的事

thank及物动词后面可以直接加名词的

最后一个相当于独立主格结构 heard的话就表示被动了，听到这个表示主动用hearing
