In recent years, fast food is becoming more and more popular in China, especially among children and teenagers. It is quite easy for people to have meals at KFC or Mcdonald's. At this time, it will be hard to find seats in some fast food restaurants.

However, there are many disadvantages about fast food. Though it tastes delicious, fast food usually has little nutrition. It usually destroys a balanced diet and is low in nutritional value. What is worse, fast food has too many calories to make people fat.
Now, these problems are more and more frequently discussed in people's daily life. Somebody says it is good but others oppose .All in all, if we can take some measures like increasing fast food's nutritional value, we can find a balance between these problems. Thus, we can expect a better life.
