There was a serious earthquake on May 12th last year in Sichuan Province . Many people were killed and hurt . A large number of houses were destroyed. I was shocked.More than five million people lost their home and lived a hard life When I see theses pictures on TV, my eyes were filled with tears. I wanted to do something for people in the disaster areas. I thought although we couldn’t go to Sichuan like the soldiers and the doctors, we also should try our best to help them. The students there need help and schools should be built so that students can return to classes soon.
Here I call on everyone to give away your old clothes and pocket money and bring your used books, mp3s or something other things. All the things and the money will be sent to the earthquake areas as soon as possible.
The earthquake has no love, but we have love; the earthquake is cold, but we are warm; the earthquake is terrible, but we will try our best to overcome it, and we will overcome it.
