关于and和“,”连接句子的问题.
我知道“,”前面的句子如果有了谓语动词,那么后面的句子是应该用非谓语动词的吧,叫独立主格结构什么的.
那么,and呢,它后面的句子应该用谓语动词还是非谓语动词呢.好像是必须连接两个完整的句子吧.那是不是应该用谓语动词呢.
那么这道题：
The traffic rule says young children under the age of four and____less than 40 pounds must be in a child safety seat.
A.being weighed B.to weigh C.weighed D.weighing
为什么选D呢.D不是非谓语动词吗?

主语是young children 和weigh存在主动关系,所以用ing和and没有关系,and只是连接句子,只是句子主语省略在前面.
D就是是非谓语动词
若是两句句子
l am a student,and he also is a student
连接两句句子,用（,and）.或者（;)或者直接（.）
再问： 那个，关于and，它是不是要连接两个完整的句子啊，它后面应该用谓语动词是不是呢。
