ent axle is an important part that bears impact load and transmits driving force in engines, due to the severe condition in which the bent axle operates, thus it's very demanding on the selection of material, the process technic,precision, surface roughness, heat treatment as well as surface reinforcement and dynamic balance of raw product, so reasonable process must be established.
First of all, appropriate raw product must be chosen along with processing equipments and cutter, commen clamp, measuring tools and methods during processing.
Processing sequence design and processing measurment must be conducted in the process, and appropriate special clamp shall be designed for the process of parts.
With the development of bent axle processing, the processing method have been continously improved and becoming more and more advanced, thus, process and clamps reasonablely desinged could not only enhance precision, but also improve productive efficiency, as a result of which, the production cost can be reduced and the competitive of producted is achieved.
