We finished 2012 with both revenue and earnings at the high end of our revised
targets.Fourth quarter sales increased 5.5% and adjusting for an extra selling day
in Q4,constant currency sales were up 4.4%,our highest quarter of core growth in
2012.For the full year,sales growth excluding FX and acquisitions came in at 4.2%.
While the challenges in Europe and hospital capital equipment continued in Q4,this
was offset by accelerated growth in many of our US businesses.A key focus for our
