内容：给校长写了一封信,反映图书馆存在的问题（图书陈旧,数量少,自习室位置不足,开闭馆时间不合理等）,并就如何提高服务质量、满足学生需求提出建议.

Dear Mr. President,
Hello.This is Li Hua,a student from XXX Department of the university.I am writing to complain about our school library.As a library,it should have provided a good environment for students to read and to learn in.Hower,our library don't serve the purpose.The reasons are as follow.Firstly,there are so few books and they are too old too satisfy the students' demands.Secondly,the self-study room doesn't have enough seats.Many students have to stand to read.Thirdly,the open time is unreasonable too.
Mr,president,in my opinion,our library need some improvement.We should get more new books and set more new seats and expand the open time.I know you are always busy.but I do hope you can spend some time putting my ideas into consideration.Thank you.
