【摘要】 目的 明确护理质量管理的指导思想，建立科学的质量管理体系。方法 通过护理部制定的统一护理质量标准体系，采用督导、检查、评价、反馈等措施，有效的做好护理质量监控。结果 组织全科护理人员学习护理质量标准，逐步加深对护理质量管理的目的，评价方法的了解，鼓励护理人员直接参与质量管理。结论 通过护理质量管理，更新管理理念，分析原因，提出整改措施，改进服务，转变服务模式，在有效的解决实际问题的基础上不断完善和提高服务质量，确保以病人为中心，提供能够满足患者需要的服务。
