1.My friend is the person who has the quality as well as me
或者
2.MY friend,as well as me,has the great quality行吗?有语法错误吗?

我会翻译为：
My friend has good character as I do.
我觉得对于“品质,品德”用character会比较好一些.
楼主的“My friend is the person who has the quality as well as me ”有语病,who has the quality 是修饰the person,所以如果你把它遮起来不看,就成了my friend is the person ()as well as me.well作为形容词.
但是,well只有作副词的时候才有“好”的意思,如果是形容词的话,意思相当于satisfatory,right and proper,in good health.所以用做形容词是不符合你原句的意思的.
楼主第二句翻译意思上与原句稍有不同.
MY friend,as well as me,has the great quality 意思是我和我朋友都有好品质,强调二者.但是原句是强调你的朋友.所以在意思上是有偏差的.
