Specific responsibilities
- Compass China Sales Guideline compliance
- Proactively searching / attracting / meeting with potential clients to drive the new business development

- Well preparation before any sales activities to ensure professional approach which includes but not limited to site demo,client meeting,etc.
- Coordinate and facilitate the contract negotiation and signing
- Client relationship maintain for the long-term growth
- Promote the company image positively in the market
- Share best practice
- Other responsibilities reserved
KPI & objectives
- Achieve RMB 10M sales on yearly basis
- CRM update within 3 working days
- Funnel report update and submission on weekly basis
- 3 and/or above KAM support on yearly basis
- Yearly personal sales growth 30%
- Other objectives reserved
Position requirements
Essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Negotiation skills
- Basic P/L knowledge
- Mature,passionate and self-motivated
- College degree and above
- 5 year + sales experience
Preferred
- Fluent written & oral English
- Multinational enterprise working experience
- BTB sales experience
- Bachelor degree and above
