世界上任何事物的发展都存在着生命周期,企业也不例外.20世纪80年代初,坎培里、理查德等人提出了企业生命周期概念,把企业生命周期划分为初创期、成长期、成熟期和衰退期四个阶段.企业生命周期理论揭示了企业发展演变的一般规律及增长的有限性,它如同一双无形的巨手,始终左右着企业发展的轨迹.企业在生命周期的各个阶段都有不同的特征,对财务管理的要求也各不相同,以企业生命周期理论为切入点,在正确认识生命周期各阶段的特点的基础上,针对企业内、外部环境的变化,系统地探讨企业应采取的财务策略,对企业的发展具有重要的现实意义.
本文在描述企业生命周期的含义、阶段划分和各生命周期阶段的特点的基础上,归纳了企业在初创期、成长期、成熟期和衰退期存在的财务问题,最后根据各阶段存在的问题提出企业在融资、投资和收益分配等方面的财务对策.
