这两天我去北京出差,下周一回来.信用证No.MMK7664 我已审核过,
1． 芒果按合同规定应为空运,但证要求提交海运提单.
2． 证要求提交生厂商证明,但芒果是农产品,不可能有.
3． 证禁止分批.
4． 证未按合同要求由一流银行加保.
请替我给Wonder Foodstuff Co.,Ltd.写封信,要求改证.

翻译：1.Shipment to be effected on or before (not later than,latest on ) July 31,1998 from Shanghai to London with partial shipments and transshipment permitted.
2.Shipment within 30 days after receipt of L/C which must reach the seller not later than the end of June 1998 failing which the Seller reserves the right to cancel this without further notice.

I'm on business travel in Beijing these two days,and I'll be back on next Monday.
I had reviewed the Letter of Credit,LC No.MMK7664.Some problems are as below.
1． According to the contract,the mango should be delivered by air.But the LC calls for providing sea waybill.
2． The LC calls for providing Manufacturer Certificate,but it's impossible as the mango is farm produce.
3． Transhipment are not allowed.
4．The LC isn't guaranteed by first-rate bank as the contract indicated.
Please kindly help to send an email to Wonder Foodstuff Co.,Ltd,asking them to amending the LC.

卖方在收到信用证之后30天以内必须安排装运,最晚装运时间为1998年6月.若卖方晚于最晚装运时间,买方有权在不另行通知的情况下取消该订单.
（这句话英文的后半句有点问题,应该是which the buyer reserves the right to cancel this without further notice）
