Either party may at any time terminate this Agreement by giving three (3) months’ written notice (hereinafter referred to as the Notice Period) to the other party provided always that in the Event
（a) The Strategic Partner shall give such written notice to the Organizer,the Organizer shall at its discretion be at liberty to appoint another agent forthwith and the Strategic Partner agrees to waive the Notice Period.
