此句话应该这样修改：
And during the night ,people can hear the monkeys shout ,which sounds like someone laughing.
我觉得上面的一个同学说得也是对的,后一部分是非限制性定语丛句,必须使用which来代替前面所指的monkeys ,而不能使用it ,如果运用it,就会让整句的主语找不着头脑,因为整个句子中有一个逗号,所以必须区分丛句与主句.
但是没有sound like sb.+谓语动词这个短语,只有sound like sb.doing 这个短语.类似的短语还有look like doing sth 或look like sb.doing sth.如It sounds /looks like being on a boat.
