Everything是正确的.
关键在于对方的回答,对方说：‘我还需要这样那样东西’,这样的答复只可能是提问者问：‘全都准备好了么?’如果提问者问：‘你有准备任何东西么?’按照上述剧情,回答者就会说：‘Yes,I have got this this and that...’而不会是：‘No,I still need to buy this this and that etc.’
