We can assure you that starting from next month, all the orders will not have the similar problems, but for the existing products, we are hoping for your compromised acceptance. Please rest assured, as to the main point of this problem, our quality check department will ensure that all products would pass the vibration test and guarantee no fittings or parts will come(slip) off.

Secondly, Alan has carried out a random test on 20 of the products yesterday. Although 5 of them were found with screw cracks, all were just only very lightly damaged but not totally broken up. We did an on spot check of the screws and they were all tightly fitted, and no loose one was found.
此次问题,我们品质部判定只是个案,并且此前没有规定一个统一标准,所以 我们不建议全部返工.请谅解.
We have found that the incident was an one off case. Also before then, we didn't have a unified standard rule. Therefore we do not suggest that we should recall all products for refitting. And we would like to thank you for your understanding.
