再答： Beforetime I went to the Italy visa office with Mr Fang, and told them we would go to Italy to give a performance. It was my colleague who filled in the application form, and she didn't check the "tour" item. However, we had never been informed that we needed the contract and the authentication from the local police station before. What a pity! Now we'll have to do as you advised.
