News report:recently reported,with the increasing number of Chinese residents living in New York,Sunset Park,Brooklyn,New York has become an important place for their morning exercise leisure.The square dance was often accompanied by music,which caused the park surrounding residents to complain and protest.Over time,someone finally called the police.Ms.Wang,about 60 years old,was the dance choreographer (舞蹈指导) and leader of the team.Though she explained to the police that it was common in china,the police forcibly handcuffed (上手铐) her.Ms.Wang did not think they made a big mistake,and thought the police reaction was too exaggerated.The police charged her with disturbing residents nearby on the grounds that ”there is no reason for anybody in the park to make noise and violate others’ rights.”

Indeed,Ms Wang should learn a lesson from this and learn to respect the cultural difference,in particular that she is in USA,not China.Respect is what she must pay to live with dignity there.I really hope she can learn to be a good citizen in New York,not just a Chinese resident.
