Some industries have begun with internation,adopting international standards or the introduction of foreign technology 、 funds for the production 、 processing and marketing. However, to undertake the transfer of industrial 、 equipment, technology and market base rests in the hands of foreign capital, China is mainly provided by the cheap land 、 labor and huge market, therefore, compared with developed countries, we still need to solve many problems. First, the level of our technology,lack of proprietary high-tech, while advanced technology digestion 、 absorption 、 lack of innovative capacity. Second, the internal structure is irrational.
