According to Arthur Schopenhauer (叔本华), the abler an individual is, the more he will feel when he stays by himself. An individual can reach the ultimately perfect harmony with himself only, not with his friends or his spouse, because it is certain that the different characters and temperaments between two people will bring about some disharmony,however slight it may be. Therefore, as an unrivaled gift, a complete and true inner peace and quiet of the mind, which is second in importance only to physical health, can only be found when he or she stays / is left alone.
