Diligent,和logical,是属于严肃的描述;happy是属于幽默感的描述.但是,在表情上要搭配得宜,例如,说自己是个happy的人的时候,表情也应该是微笑的.如何掌握准确的表情,有赖于对自己性格的了解. 自我介绍重点突出 企业一般在招聘时有些什么要求呢?求职者工作的长度、所负责的职务内容描述、能运用的技能(例如英语及电脑或某种专业)等等,这些都是面试官最关心的内容.面试的时间有限,求职者必须先掌握企业的要求,做好符合条件内容的陈述. 许多求职者在自传中,花了很多版面描述家庭状况;或是当面试官要求做自我介绍时,求职者没有掌握重点,拉拉杂杂说了一堆.这时,即使求职者英文程度不错,冗长无意义的赘述,也会让面试官不耐烦.在有限的面试时间里,求职者要掌握诉求的重点,并以逻辑的方式,一一道出企业所需要知道的信息. 对应陈述准备充分 在英语面试时,面试官经常会要求职者做“英语自我介绍”.一般在陈述的第一段,求职者要呈现出与职务目标相关的学识和技能;第二段,要表达过去的经历和个人专长;第三段,表达求职者的学习精神,和“恳请给予面试机会”的意愿.在英语面试时,求职者很可能被问到某种并不擅长的技能,或缺乏某种经验的项目时,这时,面对面试官的质疑,求职者也有方法可以安然度过.1. 承认面试官提出的问题.2. 举出曾经历过的具体的经验及教训.3. 提出具体改善的方法.4. 强调自己学习力极强,表示自己可以很快迎头赶上.承认面试官提出的问题,可以“避免”求职者露出“反对面试官”的态度.求职者马上“反对面试官”,是绝对没有好处的.举出曾经历过的具体的经验及教训,以及提出具体改善的方法,则可以将过去的成绩具体化.最后,强调自己学习力极强,表示自己可以很快迎头赶上,则是化解面试官的疑虑.这样一来,求职者可以马上化弱点为优点. 面试结束,有礼有节 当结束了面试,求职者要表达胜不骄、败不馁的态度.求职者即使感到自己表现不是非常好,也可以用幽默感及好的态度为自己加分.例如,离场时,求职者可以说:Thank you very much. I hope we can see each other very soon.求职者必须以正面的态度结束这个面试,千万别露出沮丧担心的表情.这样做,至少可以让面试官感受你正面积极的态度及不慌不忙的成熟个性. Q: Can you sell yourself in two minutes? Go for it. (你能在两分钟內自我推荐吗?大胆试试吧!)
