where在从句中不一定表示地点,可以表示“在...情况/关系/ 情形/状态”这一类比较抽象的概念.像这句话里就是说“大家都希望能有比尔盖茨这种生活方式/状态,做自己喜欢做的事”
再举个例子吧：Remember that the best relationship is one where your love for each other is greater than your need for each other.这边就是指“这种关系”
