It is a pure service function.Its primary responsibility includes:
1) Service delivery quality management
2) On-site case handling and escalation management
3) Failure trend analysis and improvement plan design & execution
4) Operation management to achieve parts support and end to end repair performance target
5) Responsilbe for customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Your profile:
1) Bachelor degree or above in technical or management
2) Prefer to work in IT service industry and customer management
3) Have technology knowledge on PC,notebook,workstation and handheld product
4) Excellent communication skills,logic thinking,self motivate,proactive attitude,a good team player
5) Willing to learn and demonstrate ability to work under pressure
6) Good English language read & written skill
