1.According to studies,any children spend more time watching television than they spend in school.
2.On one year average child will watch 25,000 television commercials ,all planned and written by grown-ups to make children to want things that they don't really need.
1中spend不需要改，是否要将any 改为many或some 我有些疑问。any在肯定句中也可以表示的啊，是任何的意思。
2中我觉得有两个错误，一是all前面加个which,因为是非限制性定语从句啊，二是make sb do.

any改为many,spend不用改,句子为叙述客观情况,不用改为过去时.

用作介词的any 既可接单数又可接复数,比如any of these eggs,但是你给的这个句子中,any可以用的前提是children改为child.
另外,all前省略了which are,而不应该是你说的all前面加个which
