摘要：物流在社会经济中的作用已越来越受到许多国家的重视，物流的应用与推广已悄然引起了一场经济革命。因此它被誉为“经济的暗大陆”、企业的“第三利润源”，但是目前我国制造企业由于长期受计划经济生产模式的困扰，对物流在社会经济中的作用认识不足，物流基础设施落后，物流技术不发达，物流人才缺乏，大多企业将物流应用于供应与销售两大流通领域，而对企业内部物流重视不够，特别是机械制造类企业，企业生产环节中出现了不少问题，生产流程混乱。本文正是在此背景下，以作者深入一线的生产实习经历，对制造类企业的诸多弊病加以分析并提出优化方案。

On the status of manufacturing and logistics optimization
Abstract: Logistics role in the economy has been more and more attention of many countries, the logistics of the application and promotion of the economy has caused a revolution quietly. Therefore, it is known as the "dark continent's economy," business "the third profit source", but at present China's manufacturing enterprises due to the long-term impact of the planned production model of the troubled economy, the logistics role in the economy have sufficient understanding of the logistics infrastructure backward, underdeveloped logistics technology, logistics and lack of skills, most enterprises will be applied to the supply and sale of two logistics circulation, and inadequate attention to the internal logistics, especially in machinery manufacturing enterprises, enterprises in the production part of a lot of problems, confusion in the production process. This article is in this context to the author in-depth practical experience of the production line for manufacturing enterprises to the many shortcomings of the program analysis and optimization.
